A public communication project to raise awareness about the conscious use of digital technology and social media.

- In the past, Lugano Living Lab L*3's communication line was characterized by the theme #digitaleènormale, or the awareness of the pervasiveness of technology in everyday life.
Since 2021, Lugano Living Lab has focused on the theme of #digitaleconsapevole, deepening the concept of knowledge, understood as “knowledge”: for example, knowing how a given technological tool works, knowing digital marketing strategies, knowing how the technological tools we use every day are built, etc. - The assumptions of the project are therefore:
- knowledge in the technological field makes it possible not to perceive as “magical” what we see/experience online. Hence the project: the web between illusion and reality.
- knowledge of technological tools makes it possible to understand their components and the topic of sustainability and recycling. Hence the project: EquiD
- knowledge, it is hoped, allows active, critical and conscious use. Hence the project: Digital addictions
- knowledge, it is hoped, allows us to better understand the words of the web, explained to everyone in a simple way by professionals in the sector. Hence the project: inglesismi.ch
Objectives of the project
- Raise awareness
to the conscious use of technology, in particular social media. - Inform
on how some content that can be used online seems random and surprising, when in reality it is planned, as well as the result of advanced analysis in real time. - Contribute
to the topic of digital awareness with concrete actions, in particular to the issue of environmental sustainability through reuse and recycling.
