Description
- In April 2022, the experimentation of the first began in Lugano Digital Citizenship Laboratory of the territory provided by the municipal administration of Lugano. The laboratory includes a series of meetings starting from April 2022 in which participants will be able to increase their digital skills in innovative and engaging ways.
The course is proposed by the City of Lugano according to the objectives of the 2018-2028 Development Lines.
The laboratory was designed and delivered by SIC Ticino.
The program benefits from the financial contribution of cantonal and federal funds as part of the promotion of basic adult skills. - The pilot project requires the Digital Citizenship Laboratory to provide skills for:
- process documents and digital content
- find and manage data and information (online)
- communicate (online)
- get a service (online)
- ensure security (while browsing online)
- solve problems (for starting online browsing or during) - To stay updated on project developments:

Operation and credits
- La metodologia didattica del Laboratorio di cittadinanza digitale è esperienziale.
L’aula diventa un vero e proprio laboratorio, in cui, attraverso l’uso di tecniche di didattica attiva (esercitazioni, lavori in piccoli gruppi, simulazioni, debriefing) e la proposta di situazioni concrete, i partecipanti si allenano, sperimentano, imparano dagli errori e trovano strategie per risolvere criticità e superare difficoltà, con la costante facilitazione del docente e il confronto tra i partecipanti.
I PC necessari allo svolgimento della formazione sono forniti dalla Città di Lugano.
