for universities, the result of student collaboration. The structure of the site Learn Lugano is the result of a unique collaborative process, in which we had the privilege of co-designing together with university students. This project came to life during the course of Online Communication Design of the Università della Svizzera Italiana (USI) And the course Management of Franklin University Switzerland (FUS), enriched by internships with students from Professional University School of Italian Switzerland (SUPSI). - What has been done with the university students:
An in-depth analysis of benchmarks was undertaken, examining how other cities promote their universities and which contents are most relevant to students, developing usage scenarios, setting the latter's priorities through design thinking activities, up to the testing of the first mock-ups of the site.
