- The health emergency linked to the spread of COVID-19 has had strong repercussions not only in terms of public health, but also of the health of the economy.
The reduction in activities due to the health situation, the stop during the lockdown, the slowdown in gross domestic product growth, the collapse of the international economy, the recession, the increase in corporate indebtedness, bankruptcies, and the increase in unemployment, are terms that have now become commonplace in current discussions and accentuated especially by the media.
In a situation as delicate as it is extraordinary, however, it is difficult to orient oneself and understand the impacts on the real economy and on employment.
We will discuss it with authoritative guests trying to take stock of the situation on state of health of our economy. We will then reflect on possible future prospects in the economic field, addressing the sensitive role of major current issues such as climate, technology and media. - Public conference open to everyone.
