Supporting citizens in the digitalization process

Establishment as a test of a new professional figure oriented to accompanying citizens in the digitalization process.
Establishment on a trial basis of the figure of the digital assistant in order to involve citizens more in the digitalization process.

On February 1, 2019, this figure was introduced as a test at the Puntocittà di Lugano center in Via della Posta.
The task assigned to this figure is to disseminate the city's digital products, introduce and help citizens to use them.
The introduction, even if on an experimental basis, of this figure was considered important in connection with the launch of the City's e-Gov services.
