Applied research project with USI on the topic of conscious smartphone use among children and adolescents
L*3
- Today, the smartphone has become an indispensable companion in our lives, especially in the younger population. It offers us an immense world of content and possibilities, which can be both positive and harmful.
- In addition, the ubiquitous presence of the smartphone has changed the way we live and interact with the environment and people, creating - at times - moments of fun in sharing an online experience, or vice versa, moments of conflict. All this underlines the importance of conscious smartphone use.
